2011 was a huge year for Wally. He was born!
Only 3 days old!

Then after a while he came home with us and changed everything we considered to be normal.

We learned a few things about Wally…
Spicy things practically make him convulse from smell alone, but he always tries to eat them anyway
He has a thing for blankets and crazy fits full of rawr rawr rawring
He's full of energy and boundless enthusiasm!
Everything is interesting
The sun makes him melt
He's respectful of his local heritage
In spite of his young age Wally is a seasoned traveler…
Explored the local byways
Peeked out over the Columbia River Gorge
Made some iconic stops in Vegas
Checked out the scenery in Nevada
Checked out the Grand Canyon
Shared sunsets in Utah
On top of all that we had amazing success in the show ring and even got our very first AKC certificate!

For me 2011 is the year of Wally, the year my dreams came true. Admittedly there are times where he annoys the living daylights out of me and I just want to stomp my feet and yell. That’s a terrier for you! But 99% of the time his infectious joy makes me smile and his endless devotion makes me humble. Looking at his cute, fuzzy little face squeezes my heart.
